2018 Amoenus Vineyard 1.5L

We are thrilled to introduce the latest member of the Arkenstone family and new single-vineyard wine: the 2018 Amoenus Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.

When the opportunity to work with this very special vineyard presented itself in 2018, we couldn't pass it up. And when we began tasting through the barrels last year, it became clear that it deserved its own special bottling.

Perched in the western hillsides above Calistoga, the Amoenus Vineyard offers a unique counterpoint to our traditional eastern mountain wines. Slightly higher tone fruit with hints of dry cherry and raspberry balance beautifully with the depth of dark fruit and earth that result from cool evenings and warm days in this part of the Valley.
